Benefits & Insurance
When families start looking for care, the question at the heart of it is whether they can trust the people coming into the home. Here's what Holly builds that trust on — including, for families who need it, care in Japanese.

01. Bilingual Support
The large majority of our caregivers are Japanese speakers. Nearly all of our staff can communicate with your loved one in everyday Japanese, and we're glad to work with your family in English. Reach out in whichever language is easier for you.

02. Supported by a Team
Holly provides care as a team, rather than relying on any one person. If a caregiver is out, another steps in, so care can continue with as little disruption as possible. Information is shared across the whole team, and our office reviews the details of each visit — so whoever comes to your door, the quality stays where it should be.

03. Insurance
Because we provide non-medical in-home care, Medicare and Med-QUEST cannot be used for our services. We do accept long-term care (LTC) insurance. Contact us anytime and we'll walk you through what your policy covers.

04. Screening and Shared Information
Every caregiver completes a background check and TB screening, both kept current on a regular schedule. The information gathered in the initial assessment, along with the service plan, is shared with the assigned caregiver — who works from that understanding of your loved one's needs. We're equally rigorous about recording and reporting the care we provide.

05. Keeping Your Family Informed
Anything that affects safety — your loved one's condition, the state of the home — we share with your family day to day. By passing along the small changes, we hope to give peace of mind to family members living far away.

06. In an Emergency
In an emergency, we act according to the wishes of your loved one and your family. Who we contact and how we respond is set out in the service plan in advance, so nothing is left uncertain when it matters most.
